SHORT RECAP 

• Thanks to all ravers who supported us and danced with us!
  We received over 400 official registrations, more than 2,000 unofficial supporters, and countless positive messages.

• The police proved that their own argument was wrong. They were perfectly capable of controlling the flow of people into the Stadttunnel by blocking all entrances. This method could have been used to manage the number of ravers during the Tunnel Rave without causing any security issues.

• The blocking of THE TUNNEL by a disproportionate police force illustrates exactly why this Demo-Rave was necessary in the first place. Despite our transparent efforts, the police unfortunately sided with the privatization of public space. The Stadttunnel is now effectively proven to be a non-public space - a police-controlled private area serving the high-priced real estate landscape of Europaallee and Zollstrasse.
  No protests. No life. No expression.

• The double standard was clear: just 200 meters away, over 5,000 people gathered for a commercial event in a museum’s courtyard, while our small gathering was blocked by an army of police officers under the pretext of “security” concerns.

• While this subjective decision will be appealed, we are already looking for new dates for the next Demo-Rave.

• We will also be publishing free downloads of all documents related to organizing your own event (DIY), so that anyone can host their own RAVE anytime without us.
